Hotel Information
Guests can use the links below to make hotel reservations at Staybridge Suites Reno or Hilton Garden Inn Reno for the 2024 Winterfest Championship.
Dates default to arriving Friday, December 13, 2024 and departing Sunday, December 15, 2024
Reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, November 20, 2024 to receive group rates
Guests may also call Hilton reservations @ 855.437.4340 and use group code SPA or Staybridge Suites @ 833.221.9046 with code SPA to make a reservation
A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee reservation although it will not be charged
Rate is flexible and can be cancelled or changed up to one day (Staybridge Suites) / two days (Hilton Garden Inn prior to arrival with no fee
Parking fees are waived at both hotels for this group
